Excellent as seen in the photo correct size just a little heavy

The coat seems well made with many pockets and nice detail.  It came days early which was a very nice surprise.  I didn't realize that the hood was not detachable and it is very bulky.  I would like to have returned it for a size smaller, but your policy does not allow that.  I don't like waiting for a refund then ordering a different size which may not be available.  Your policy is not customer friendly.
