Way too big and item smelled like plastic and took 3 days to get my refund?

Not sure about these. I like the colors & the fabric, but there is something funky about the fit. Fortunately I am an experienced seamstress so I am going to do some major alterations: widen the hip area which will require me adding some side gussets with some additional fabric - may have to get some old jeans from the thrift/charity shop to get the extra fabric, Haven't decided yet what to do about the sagging crotch. I am short so it sags way more on me than on the person in the photo. Also going to have to alter the straps which are way too long but that is better than too short! So obviously I am not going to buy myself another big alteration job. My advice is measure yourself carefully in centimeters and carefully study the size guide to see how these will fit you.
