Box was crushed but , Works Well, Fun Lights

This is like the third or fourth time I've gotten a controller that was damaged when it arrived and it won't turn on. I've tried charging it, hitting the reset button, and a few other things and it just won't turn on at all. It has a spot where there should be light when it's on, but it hasn't lit up at all, so I know it hasn't been on at all. Every time, it's damaged upon arrival because the packaging isn't very good, so the box is dented and the product is damaged.
