It took about 1 month to arrive. The packaging is solid and the accessories are solid. I'm grateful that it comes with a spare filter. It sucks up the debris near the wall well and has suction power, but I don't think it sucks up much on the carpet. It was so heavy that by the time I finished putting the whole house on it, my fingers were red. However, since it is cordless, I am very grateful to be able to put it on quickly when I want to call it.
