The picture only shows one flat and there are 4 flaps that all hold 5 bands a piece. You can double up on some bands. The current picture I have two bands in the first space. There is a white and grey band together. There are two zippered pockets as well. One is a solid pocket the other is a mesh pocket. I have already filled mine (I have close to 30 bands.
