The box is made of plastic with one LED strip on the front ceiling. It makes for easy cleaning. Hopefully it does not crack overtime when it comes to assembling. It is bright, but it would be better with another strip that I can place myself if I wanted less shadow. The 2 background color sheets are made of cloth, the same as the tote bag included. There is no on/off button, only cable plug in, where you also have to have your own power adapter or USB port.

The box is great, it comes in its bag to disassemble it and transport it to other places, it has very good light, easy to assemble and excellent photos are taken of the little things.
