You need to know what you are doing and adjusting the amount of pressure so as not to hurt your ear drum...etc. was told by a Dr. 20+ years ago that it would work, start with the lowest settings

Freaking awesome! Day 4 of using it, timer is a tad annoying if you take the top off and add more water... Little salt water is freaking awesome! Just once a week! 🤯🤯
