It doesn't work, it's like a defective product

I don't get tired of watching it spin around.
My son and I were curious about this product, so we bought it.
It is an interesting product.

the mixer stops working intermittently. When it does work, it mixes coffee and liquid creamer well. the material is plastic exterior, i was thinking it was stainless steel.
