These are actually perfect for backpacking, roughly 13x5” they have a heavy chemical smell straight out the package but let them air out and the smell disappears, they are also good to keep in the car for travel. If you need extra lumbar support in your office chair this is perfect!!! This is the second purchase for me, I truly enjoy the many uses. I’ll be ordering more as my grandbabies love to use during traveling for head support. Well worth the money. The quality is not the best but if you are not hard on your pillows this is perfect.
