The item is terrific . However, there are two attachments that simply don't fit the vacuum.
I ordered two and when these arrived by Australia Post in a soft bag, the boxes were squashed and dented. I bought these as gifts so I'm very disappointed that they have obviously been squashed or mistreated in transport and don't look very nice as new gifts to my adult children.
