Even if you adjust the length of the shoulder straps, they will quickly become long.
The cloth inside was torn after 2 days of use.

This bag is great! It's not too big and bulky, but it holds a lot! I can fit 5 regular water bottles upright in the main compartment and put another one sideways on top and still zip it closed. Or I can fit a tall reusable water bottle inside, although it does have to lean at angle to fit.
My phone fit in all 3 of the front pockets amd both of the inside slip pockets. It did not fit in the inside zip pocket or the back zip pocket.
It's perfect for traveling, and I like that I can wear it crossbody or as a backpack. The strap is long enough for plus sized folks too!
