I contacted the seller and confirm this as the headphones are not branded with the typical Asus logo. They are in fact Asus. Very nice quality indeed sound is crisp and bass is deep and Powerful. Highly recommend!

I thought at first that I got switched, but then the ones I got looked exactly the same as was pictured. They sounds absolutely amazing. I love the fact that you can hook up wired as well as Bluetooth. Next test is how the make my ears sweat. We'll see. Definitely recommend.
