Item is exactly as described. It's a minimalist plate carrier w/o cummerbund flaps. It has some molle panels if you're inclined. Shoulder pads are adjustable and comfortable, and have hydration loops. The side straps are easy to adjust. It fit 10x12 curved plates w/shoulder cut and had foam pads included for comfort. Unlike other training setups where it's just a weighted pad front and back, you need to fit the setup snug just like your regular plates or the back plate drops down as in real life. Perfect for training, possibly some light duty use. Haven't loaded it up with furniture, haven't rolled around in the dirt but then again I don't plan to. Excellent bargain for the cost, and it arrived on or before schedule. Enjoy.
