Before you return for not turning on, read this whole review! Ok so I bought this thinking I would give it a try and didn’t want to spend 300.00 to 600.00 on something to dry and curl my hair. For one thing I don’t have time like tht in the morning and for two pre coffee and trying to style you hair in the morning is not something I am interested in. I would rather sleep late! At first I could not get this to turn and on. I tried multiple outlets in the house and even went to Amazon to read reviews on this same item. Well after much digging I found MANY people returned this item stating it does not work and was defective. Before you end up disappointed, angry and find yourself learning new swear words, push the unlock button on the side of the hair dryer, (not the tiny one on the main controls,) but the side one to unlock and then hold the on switch for 2 seconds. It will turn on. So not your traditional on and off switch, but that’s how you do it if yours doesn’t seem to want to power up. As for the item. Beautiful packaging. The items DO work as described. If you set the heat function to low it will hold your curls nicely. Use on wet hair. It gave me some nice curls with little effort. You just have to take smaller sections if you have thicker or coarse hair. I would buy again and may actually do so for a birthday gift coming up for my daughter. Great deal over Dyson or Shark and it works well.

This beautiful, works great. I have to learn to use it a little more, I managed to make the roller of the photo just by leaving it for about 3 seconds. I highly recommend it.
