Very nice quality Rod. First fish my son caught on it was a 5 lb trout and it held up with a great fight. Now the tip is very light and sensitive which is great for really feeling the bite. I did notice that because of the light weigh of the tip it tends to rebound back on 3/4 of the cast. Even casting most weighted bait around 1/2 oz or less still had back slap. But very nice for small streams where you do not have to cast more than 20 feet or so…

Truthfully didn’t have much faith in Markabugear. But I’ve been proven wrong. Rod is awesome. Great action. Beautiful build. Showed all my buddies and they were impressed. Baitcaster is also a Markabupickup.
