It's actually exactly what I ordered. It's NOT heavy duty. But it will work for the tools I have. It comes with all those red dividers (in the pics), the hangers for the side, came with four pretty hefty wheels which is great, and the part I like the best is every drawer comes with a grippy liner, which is actually awesome and I love it. I've already started painting it cause I hate this blue but it was the cheapest option when I chose it. All the drawers work good so far. It did come slightly bent, but like I said, it's pretty flimsy metal so don't get it if you need something super heavy duty.
