I've noticed a price difference between some of these hand strengtheners, and I now know why. While both I've ordered is of good workmanship, I like this one best because it can be adjusted to an easier resistance than the other. The one with finger holes is pretty tough to pull, even at easiest setting. This one was much easier, and can be adjusted to pretty hard if desired. I've attached a pic of the other one too (it has finger holes)
