I’ve been walking around the house all afternoon in these and I’m really liking them because they’re thin and flexible but give you plenty of good solid support under your arch. They actually fit quite nicely in my street shoes, even in a one and a half inch heel. It comes with three different size arch inserts, which are easy to install. I thought it first I would need the high ones but I ended up using the low ones. They just fit better for me. The supports don’t roll up on the sides like some do so I I’m really quite pleased with them thus far.
